On 22 nd September 2024, RK University’s Ayurvedic College and Hospital organized a free medical camp at Shree Satyaprakash Vidyapeeth in Balaji Park, Kothariya Bypass, Rajkot, from 9 AM to 1 PM. The camp aimed to provide essential health services, general check-ups, and free medications to the local community. A total of 125 patients, ranging from children to the elderly, received treatment for various conditions, including respiratory infections, chronic joint disorders, hypertension, diabetes, and dermatological issues. Additionally, Vidha karma were utilized to provide immediate pain relief.

The event saw enthusiastic participation, with many individuals benefiting from the free services offered. The dedicated team included medical professionals such as Dr. Ketan Bhimani, Dr. Vishakha Kheradiya, Dr. Sreekanth P. and Dr. Vinita Sharma, along with interns Ughreja Khushbu, Raval Riya, Gadhiya Krishna, Gadhiya Yashvi, Joshi Mitali, Virja Nidhi, Parmar Rutu, and Rathor Diteshwar as well as pharmacists Deesha Aparnathi and various volunteers. Their combined efforts ensured that each attendee received the necessary medical attention. Many patients were encouraged to seek further treatment at the Ayurvedic Hospital of RK University.

The camp was conducted under the guidance of our Director and Medical Superintendent, Dr. Manoj Pande. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the doctors, interns, hospital staff, and community members for their participation. We look forward to future events aimed at continuing to serve the community.
