On April 25, 2025, the Department of Agadtantra & Vidhi Vaidyaka at RK University Ayurvedic College and Hospital organized an educational visit to the District and Session Court in Rajkot. This visit was led by Dr. Pankaj Bhange, Dr. Shivangi Malaviya, and Dr. Akhila G., with the participation of 48 second-year B.A.M.S. students.

The students were divided into four groups and assigned to observe trial proceedings in different courtrooms. Before entering the courtrooms, Kartikbhai (the staff of the District and Session Court), provided an orientation session in the court’s training room. He offered essential instructions, which helped students approach their observational task with clarity and confidence.

The visit offered the students a unique and practical exposure to the judicial system, complementing their theoretical studies. By observing courtroom proceedings, students gained a deeper understanding of the legal aspects relevant to their future medical practice, including insights into medico-legal case handling. This invaluable experience bridged the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application, enriching their educational journey.

This visit was made possible with the valuable cooperation of the Registrar and staff of District and session court, their efforts ensured a fruitful learning experience. The support and guidance of the college's Director, Dr. Manoj Pande, played a pivotal role in facilitating the event and ensuring its smooth execution.
