On World Environment Day, June 5, 2025, the Department of Agadtantra at RK University Ayurvedic College and Hospital successfully organized a significant awareness drive in Tramba village. This initiative aimed to foster environmental consciousness within the community and address pressing ecological concerns.

The core of the drive involved the university's dedicated students, who presented a compelling street play at key locations within the village, including the local market and the Public Health Center (PHC). Following the play, the students led a spirited march through the village, actively engaging with residents. The central message of their efforts was the critical need for ending plastic pollution globally. Additionally, their presentations and outreach shed light on vital issues concerning air, land, and water pollution, educating the community on the broad spectrum of environmental challenges.

The success of this impactful event was made possible through the dedicated efforts students and faculties Dr. Pankaj Bhange, Dr. Shivangi Malaviya and Dr. Akhila G, who meticulously organized the entire drive.
