On 16th July 2024, RK University, Ayurvedic College and Hospital Rajkot, conducted Guest lecture titled “From cells to soil: Unveiling the benefits of Naturopathy, Cellular rejuvenation and Mud therapy” at SOE seminar hall. The event aimed to educate students and faculties about alternative healing methods and their benefits. The lecture was delivered by three renowned experts in the field. A heartfelt welcome of our guest from our Director, Dr. Deepty Nair and Deputy Director, Dr. Manoj Pande.

Speakers profile-

1) Dr. Trupati Kotak Raja, founder of Manavbaug healthcare clinic, NDDY, Joint specialist, IVF specialist, General practitioner.

2) Dr. Shivani Kotak, NDDY, Cosmetologist, Psychiatrist and Sujok therapist.

3) Dr. Vishal Vaghani, Cancer specialist.

Experts delivered an engaging and informative session that covered topics-

• Definition and principles of naturopathy.
• Importance of cell health and regeneration.
• Dietary recommendations and lifestyle changes for optimal cell health.
• Overview of mud therapy and its historical significance.
• Benefits of mud therapy for various health conditions.

The audience comprised faculty members, students from all BAMS batches. The interactive nature of the lecture encouraged a lively exchange of ideas and provided a deeper understanding of therapeutics of mud therapy, and naturopathy.
