The Department of Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, RK University Ayurvedic College & Hospital, organized a Two-Day National Level Workshop, “सौन्दर्यरसः: From Root to Radiance – Insights of Ayurvedic Cosmetology” on 25th–26th November 2025. With expert talks, demonstrations and hands-on formulation sessions, participants explored Ayurvedic cosmetology from both classical and modern perspectives. A total of 309 delegates attended, marking the event as a nationally impactful program.

The inaugural ceremony commenced on 25th November 2025 at 10:00 AM with a welcome address delivered by Dr. Rohithkrishnan G.B. This was followed by an insightful and motivating inauguration Address by Dr. Denish Patel, executive vice president and Dr. Manoj Pande, Director who highlighted the significance of Ayurveda in cosmetology and the need to develop skill-oriented learning among young scholars. The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Dr. Jigar Vekariya.

The workshop included expert sessions by renowned speakers—Dr. Gowri M., Dr. Resmi B. G., Dr. Rajnikant Patel, Dr. Akhilesh Varrier and Mr. Kaushik Domadiya—who shared insights on formulation, innovation, entrepreneurship, research integration and the standardization of herbal cosmetics, inspiring delegates towards research-based and innovative thinking.

The workshop ended with a valedictory ceremony on 26th November 2025 at 4:30 PM, followed by certificate distribution to all participants. The positive feedback received highlighted the success of the event and its role in promoting research, innovation and entrepreneurship in Ayurvedic cosmetic product development.
