On 27 February 2026 the Department of Dravyaguna at ACH recently organized a distinguished event to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Amalaki Ekadashi. The program commenced with a traditional Amalaki tree puja held within the serene environment of the ACH Herbal Garden. This sacred ritual allowed both faculty and students to connect with the spiritual and medicinal heritage of the Amalaki tree, fostering a deep sense of reverence for the natural foundations of Ayurveda.

Following the spiritual proceedings, the campus atmosphere transitioned into a vibrant celebration with the commencement of a Food Fest. Entirely arranged by the students of ACH, the festival served as a brilliant showcase of their culinary talents and organizational skills. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the entire academic community, with students and faculty members coming together to enjoy the diverse offerings and the lively social environment.

The successful execution of this dual celebration was made possible through the invaluable guidance and support of Principal Dr. Manoj Pande. His leadership ensured that both the pujan and the food fest were conducted smoothly. Ultimately, the event was a resounding success, effectively blending solemn spiritual observance with a joyful cultural celebration that left a lasting and positive impression on all who attended.
